241 jobs in 2 years, for 46 clients
SLB, Gulf Energy, Rakaz, Baker Hughes, Abraj and 41 others · workshop and site · 2025 to 2026
The requirement
Corrosion is the slowest and most expensive failure in the oil and gas business. A tank, a vessel or a length of line does not fail on a schedule; it fails when the lining gave up somewhere nobody inspected. The work is unglamorous and constant: strip it, check it, line it, test it, and get the asset back into service before the shutdown window closes.
What TGO did
- Derakane and GRP lining of tanks and vessels, applied and tested
- Sandblasting and protective painting to a specified surface preparation standard
- Tank refurbishment and re-fabrication, including work carried out in the shutdown window
- Valve services, pipeline work and rotating equipment repair
- Inspection and QC: ultrasonic thickness testing, spark testing and hydrostatic testing
99 jobs for one client in 2 years is not a contract. It is a workshop that client has stopped shopping around for.
Why it matters
This is the division that keeps the lights on between the large consultancy contracts, and the one where the client list is most telling. SLB, Baker Hughes, Abraj and Gulf Energy all run their own qualification regimes for anyone touching pressure equipment. Being on that list for 241 separate jobs is a quieter credential than a single headline project, and a harder one to fake.
