What the website collects, why, how long it is kept, and who to contact.
What is collected
From the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the division you choose and your message. From a job application: your name, email address, phone number, the role, your message and the CV you attach. The website also counts visits to its pages, without cookies and without recording who you are, and it puts no cookies on your device.
Why
To answer your enquiry, to consider your application, and to see which pages are useful. None of it is used for marketing, sold, or shared with anyone outside The Group Overseas LLC.
Where it goes
Enquiries go to one company inbox, read by the team for the division you choose. Applications go to the same inbox and are kept on the website, where only TGO staff who sign in can open them. Visit counts stay on the website's own server. Like any website, the server also keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and applications are deleted 12 months after they arrive, unless they lead to a contract or a job, or you ask us to delete them sooner. Visit counts are totals that identify no one.
